Late Arrival & No-Show Policy Agreement
This Late Arrival & No-Show Policy Agreement outlines the appointment expectations and cancellation requirements for waxing services provided by B. Bare. By booking, confirming, or attending an appointment, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms listed below.
1. Appointment Time
Appointment times are reserved specifically for each scheduled service. Arriving on time allows B. Bare to provide safe, sanitary, thorough, and professional waxing services without rushing the treatment or delaying other scheduled clients.
2. Late Arrival Policy
A grace period of up to 5 minutes may be allowed for late arrivals. If arrival occurs more than 5 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, B. Bare may need to shorten the service, modify the service, or cancel the appointment depending on the remaining time available.
If the appointment cannot be completed due to late arrival, it may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show, and any applicable fee may be charged.
3. No-Show Policy
A no-show occurs when a scheduled appointment is missed without prior notice. Failure to arrive for an appointment without contacting B. Bare in advance may result in a no-show fee.
Repeated no-shows may require prepayment in full before booking future appointments or may result in the inability to schedule future services with B. Bare.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Requirement
B. Bare requires at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee.
Notice must be provided through an approved contact method, such as the booking system, phone, text, or email, as made available by B. Bare.
5. Fees
Late cancellation and no-show fees may be charged to the card on file or required before booking another appointment. Fees may include, but are not limited to, a flat fee or a percentage of the scheduled service total.
